Wine Review: Mirabelle Rose is raspberry in color that leans more towards orange than it does red. The bubbles are medium sized and there are plenty of them. The aroma reminds me of candied blood oranges, with hints of red currant, raspberries, and pomegranate. The palate closely resembles the nose with the blood orange, pomegranate, and raspberry notes coming through with strength alongside ruby red grapefruit, and a caramelized brown sugar finish. The acidity is well balanced leaving your palate refreshed and wanting more. Pairs well with a honey-ginger salmon. Enjoy – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: The Mirabelle Rose has generous aromas of raspberry compote, strawberry, cherry and currant. The red fruit on the nose is delicately joined with hints of lemon and Mandarin orange. Bright, bursting flavors of cherry and wild raspberry are complimentary to the aromas. The palate is tangy on entry, follows with a concentrated mid palate, and lingers with a long, quenching acidity.
