Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with an inviting gooseberry and honeydew melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and lively. The flavor profile is a ripe yellow grapefruit with notes of tangerine. We also detected hints of lemon-lime and green pepper towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aroma: The warmish 2014 vintage provided ripe kaffir lime and banana aromas that complement the classic fresh herb, lime leaf, jalepeno herbal tones. Palate: Supremely elegant yet powerful Sauvignon Blanc with a taut, linear structure, dense concentration balanced by racy acidity and classical wet stone minerality. Food Pairing: Pan-seared monkfish with fresh asparagus.
