Wine Review: This Excellent yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a creme brulee like bouquet with a hint of vanilla oak and butterscotch. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and rich. The flavor profile is an impressive vanilla oak infused pineapple tart with hints of lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for a very long time after the wine is gone. This Chard would pair well with Chicken St. Timothy. Enjoy - Ken
