Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Ramey opens with an oak and pear bouquet with a hint of spice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced oak and pineapple blend with notes of lemon and a touch of ginger. The finish is dry and its flavors show nice length. I would pair this Chard with Emeril’s crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken
