Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Siduri was very well received by the panel. It opens with an attractive mild black cherry bouquet with hints of cinnamon, smoke, and plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a plum and red raspberry blend with notes of minerality and a hint of old oak. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely extended. The panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a thyme seasoned pork tenderloin or grilled pork chops. Enjoy - KWGTP
